Winemaker : Kirilly Gordon

Sourced from the bottom section of the North Eastern slope of the Denton View Hill, Fermented with wild yeats and then gently pressed into stainless steel tank and left on lees for 11 months prior to bottling. Predominately P58 clone with a touch of Close Planted Gin Gin and some Mendoza clone. 100% malolactic fermentation. Bottled without fining or filtration.

In the typical Shed Chardonnay style this is fresh and bright with citrus fruits, some tropical notes and creaminess with crisp acidity. A chardonnay for everyday drinking with flavour and poise.
